Delivery Arrangement for Hong Kong Customers
- Delivery to your door will be confirmed as soon as possible within 2 working days, the goods will be delivered about 2 working days after the order has been shipped, courier will contact you before delivery, please forgive any delay.
- Pick-up order will be confirmed within 2 working days, the goods will be delivered to the pick-up point about 2 working days after the order is shipped, S.F. will send the pick-up code to your mobile phone number by SMS, please follow the instructions of S.F. to pick up the goods in time to avoid extra handling fee (if there is any late pick-up fee, it will be paid by the customer when he/she picks up the goods).
Delivery Method
- Local courier (S.F.) will deliver the goods to your door (additional charges will be applied to individual remote addresses such as Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, etc.).
- S.F. Pick-up Service
- Delivery time: Monday to Saturday - 10:00am to 7:00pm (The actual delivery time depends on the delivery progress of the courier company, we are unable to specify the time of collection).
- Pick-up time: Please refer to the business hours of S.F. stores, S.F. stations and S.F. smart counters.
- Home Delivery: Courier will call/Whatsapp you to arrange the delivery before delivery, if you can't receive the delivery at the wrong time, you can co-ordinate with the courier to receive the delivery.
- Delivery days are from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), order cut-off time on each day is 2:00 p.m.

- Shun Fung Express (Free delivery to your doorstep for orders over $300 after discount)
- S.F. Station, S.F. Sales Points, S.F. Smart Cabinet pick-up (free pick-up service after HK$300 discount)
- Shipping fee of $28 will be charged for purchases under HK$300.
