  1. Return & Exchange Policy

If the goods are defective, faulty, below expected quality, inconsistent with the product description, or different from the item ordered, customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt.


If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following information: "Name", "Order Number", "Contact Phone Number", "Product Name", "Reason for Return and Photos". Our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process once the information is received.

  1. Return & Exchange Notes

    1. Returned or exchanged products must be unused and free from any damage, malfunction, or defects caused by human factors.

    2. The 7-day return period is provided for customers to review and confirm whether the product meets their needs, and it is not a product trial period.

    3. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Return requests made after the 7-day return period.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to human factors such as stains, malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, or dirt.

  • Returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.

  • Malicious or excessive return requests.

  1. Return Process

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return/exchange → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide pickup time, contact information and address → The store will arrange collection through the designated logistics service.


  1. Refund Policy

    1. Credit card payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for the payment.

    2. Cash on delivery payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.
