Instructions

• Dry brushing:
  • The best time to dry brush is before bathing.
  • Start from the outermost part of the body and brush towards the heart.
  • Start from the feet and gently brush upwards.
  • Brush from the fingers to the shoulders.
  • Brush in a clockwise direction on the chest and abdomen.
  • Pay attention to the strength, as long as the skin feels it.

• Wet brushing:
  • The best time to wet brush is after bathing or soaking.
  • Since the muscles are looser after soaking, it is easier to push to the deep layer of fat, and the blood circulation is promoted after soaking. The effect is better when combined with essential oil massage.
  • Brush down the calves for one minute, relax the swollen and tense muscles.
